A ‘DAO’ is an acronym for “decentralized autonomous organization”. Arts DAO owns a collection of curated art that is controlled by holders of the Ethernal Gates NFT collection, these voters can control the actions of the treasury in order to pursue their common goals that further the collection.
To become a member of Arts DAO, you will need to own the Ethernal Gates NFT, which grants you token gated access to sharing in the rewards from Arts DAO, attendance of our events, and access to our whitelist opportunities.
The initial duration will be 6 months. We believe that this gives time to get initial footing and progress while maintaining grounding for the initial launch. Members of the Jedi Council will be subject to elections by the Arts DAO community in the future.
The initial Jedi Council will consist of individuals selected by the Arts DAO team. They will be a diverse group of individuals selected for their skillsets, relationships and knowledge - so that they can bring maximum value to the DAO.
